Clinical Massage - Pain Relief - Recovery
I provide Mobile Clinical Massage and Bodywork focused on pain relief and increasing mobility and body awareness. I travel to your home or office with my table, sheets and lotion and set up in a room with adequate space. I will arrive 15 minutes early to set up.
BODYWORK SESSIONS
$150/hr - 3 Hour Minimum
I travel to your home and bring my table, sheets and lotion. You do not have to undress for your massage. The goal of our session is to provide pain relief, reduce muscle tension and increase mobility. I integrate a number of modalities including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point and Sport Massage techniques to help get you the results you are looking for. Cupping and IASTM may also be used to help decompress the myofascial tissues in order to promote better fluid dynamics. If you're dealing with injuries or pain, this session will get you moving and feeling better.
ONSITE CORPORATE TABLE MASSAGE
$100/hr - 3 Hour Minimum
Sitting or standing for long hours can take a toll on our bodies. Help reduce stress and increase productivity by treating your employees to 10, 20, or 30 minute massage & stretch sessions as part of your corporate wellness program or employee appreciation events. Employees stay clothed for session.
